really impressed with all of the extras. These weren't just licensed
bullshit, but real bonus sections exclusive to AbsoluteKim that showed a
lot of personality. There's Rich's "Slave Cage," "Kimmy's
Cock Club" (members send in pictures of their dicks), "Kim's Kitchen"
for recipes, and a diary entry every couple of days. We couldn't tell
what the camshow schedule was, or if there was still was one, but you
get a couple of amateur cam networks as feeds. A new feature has Kim
reading erotic stories in mp3 files, but there were only a couple of
these up when we visited.
Navigation has cleared up a bit since our last visit. You can move
around pretty easily now and the video clips are well thumbnailed. The
amount of content is also quite respectable: 133 "explicit"
Kim galleries (that's not including the video stills, Slave Rich's pics,
member photos, Kim's Cock Club, etc.) and 86 videos. The newest pictures
are all big (standard is 1200x800, with some even bigger) and the
galleries are introduced with nice little write-ups. It's not great
photography though. As with all of the sites in this network, the video
isn't top-of-the-line either. You get a choice of dial-up and broadband
formats, but even the broadband is just decent. The biggest files tend
to be around 20 megs.
We weren't really bothered by any of this, since it is pretty typical
of an amateur vs. a professional site. As noted, AbsoluteKim is just one
of a whole network of swingers/amateur sites (see our review of Jean Swing
for a breakdown for some of the others). Kim seems to have a couple
of updates a week, and the network as a whole updates daily.
